Booking are essential for some weekday classes:

Bookings are essential for morning classes at 9:30am and 11:30am weekdays,  as spaces are limited. Bookings can be made via our Mindbody app or by simply logging onto Mindbody through our website.

 

Cancelling a Booking:

It is important to note that cancellations need to be made more than 9 hours prior to the start of the class in question. If you can’t make it to your class you are able to cancel your booking by logging into the Mindbody app or through our link to Mindbody in our website. If you are unable to cancel your booking within the required time frame or you do not make it to the class in question your session will be lost. This means you will be charged $22 for the session and you will be unable to practice until the fee has been paid. Cancelled spaces will be given away 5 minutes prior to class commencing. We honour  this strict policy to avoid other students missing out on practicing so please be vigilant. For any unavoidable circumstances were this policy could not be met than please send an email to info@bikramyogadoncaster explaining the situation.

Please arrive early:

Doors open 30 minutes prior to class (15 minutes prior to 6.00am classes) and close two minutes before class starts. This is to ensure classes always start and finish on time.

Beginners:

If you have never done Yoga before please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early to allow sufficient time to register.

Rental:

Yoga mats, towels (full length) and water are available for hire or purchase at the studio or you can bring your own.
