TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Please always check our website for schedule changes.

2) Doors close strictly on time.  If by chance the door is still open and the class has already begun please be aware you may not be able to attend the class.  This is for your own safety.

3) The class passes have no expiration dates. The 50 class pass can be shared with one other person.

4) Classes are non-refundable but are transferable.

5) Introduction Pass and Introduction Monthly Passes are strictly non-refundable, and non-transferable.

6) Holds can only occur on 6, 12 month passes and Direct Debit. 6 month and 1 year passes can be suspended for 1 month.

7) Unlimited Access Pass (paid by direct debit) contract terms must be met.  3 monthly payments of $125 Monthly Direct Debit.  $5 decline fee is deducted for any unsuccessful Direct Debit transactions.

8) Unlimited Access Pass (paid by direct debit) plan is for a minimum period of 3 months.  To discontinue Direct Debit (after the minimum period) you are required to notify the studio in writing with at least 2 weeks (14 days) notice by email to: info@bikramyogadoncaster.com.au

9) Suspensions on Direct Debit cannot exceed 4 weeks.  All suspensions need to be directed to email address: info@bikramyogadoncaster.com.au.  If cancelled early, cancellation fee of $200 applies.  The Direct Debit must be active for 1 payment cycle (1 month) prior to cancellation.  Suspensions are as follows (1 hold per 3 months, not to exceed 6 weeks per 6 months.  Maximum hold 4 weeks).

10) If you are sick, unwell or injured we are able to hold your pass, but you’ll need to email the studio at the time of your illness (not afterwards) we will also ask for a letter from your doctor.  We reserve the right the refuse the hold.

11) Bikram Yoga Doncaster prides themselves on running to the schedule, but reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
