Bikram Hot Yoga

The original hot yoga

Bikram Yoga consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to approximately 40ºC, all Bikram Yoga classes are 90 minutes. Please refer to our 'About Bikram Yoga' for further information. Bikam Yoga is open to all levels. SEE CLASS TIMES

Express Yoga

Hot body therapy

This is a 60 minute version of the original Bikram Hot Yoga method. All 26 postures are completed but with less breaks and set up times. The 60 minute sequence flows while still gaining lots of therapeutic benefit.

Our 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga class allows more time to learn correct alignment and form so we recommend you practice some 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga classes before you try our Express Yoga class.

The Express Yoga Class class will leave you feeling energised and invigorated - a great class for busy people on the run.

Sculpt Yoga

Tone as you flow

Sculpt Yoga is a Vinyasa flow practiced with free weights. Sculpt Yoga is Inspired by 'Core Power Sculpt Yoga' which is hugely popular in America but has not yet reached our shores.

The class is set to energising music designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. You will gain strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. The strength training exercises such as squats, lunges, biceps curls and triceps curls are incorporated into the Vinyasa flow to build lean muscle mass.  This is a great class to compliment our other styles of yoga and improve your yoga practice. Class is heated to 30ºC, allowing you to detox and gain flexibility. Sculpt Yoga is open to all levels. SEE CLASS TIMES

Core + Hot Pilates

Up beat calorie burner

Want to improve you overall health and fitness, reduce stress, lose weight – our 55 minute class promises to sculpt and tone your body, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular system. Core + Hot Pilates will burn hundreds of calories by focusing on high intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles in a heated room 30-34 degrees with 40% humidity.  Each class follows a similar pattern, but the order can very from class to class.  Strictly mat work. This class is high energy, upbeat and you’ll get one of the best work outs you’ve ever had.  Some classes conducted with hand weights.

Yin Yoga

Stretch away your stress

Yin Yoga is the perfect balance for our other styles of 'yang' yoga. Yin Yoga is a 60 minute class taught at room temperature which is a great way to warm up to our hotter classes.

Yin Yoga exercises the fascia tissue of the body while lengthening the muscles. It has a strong focus on breath, allowing you to experience a deep release through areas of the body that hold tension.

The postures are held for longer helping to restore energy and calm the central nervous system which is great for reducing stress and frustration levels. The long holds will also improve your flexibility. Yin Yoga is open to all levels.
